ONLINE PORTAL – This recently upgraded self-service portal is the fastest and most convenient means of support for those who want 24x7 access to CREDANT’s Online Portal*. The portal enables customers to:
- Submit, manage, or check status of issue tickets online, anytime
- Download software
- Give licensed access to users as needed
- View updates to supported platforms and hardware
- Access a robust knowledge base with product documentation, technical articles, FAQs, compatibility issues, workarounds, installation tips and more
